Design Realisation

This is the most comprehensive service we offer and involves us sourcing and purchasing all of the materials and services required to complete your space. We have trade and supplier contacts in Cornwall but can also work further afield. We would conduct a 2nd site visit to measure up and obtain quotes for you to agree the preferred way forward. The final fee will depend on the room size/number of rooms, and complexity of design, scarcity of materials and availability of trades. Fee £POA. Upfront payment for materials and furniture would be required, if we are purchasing on your behalf. Invoices will be sent on a monthly basis, as a proportion of the agreed fee, and apportioned for each project stage. Or we will charge an hourly pre-agreed rate.
