We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet your specific interior design needs. Each stage can function either sequentially or independently. We will customise our approach to address your specific requirements. This flexibility ensures that our design process aligns perfectly with your vision, allowing for a tailored experience that takes into account your preferences.
Initial Design
Every project begins with an initial idea, which may stem from various sources—be it a specific colour, a piece of furniture, a work of art, or even a family heirloom. The initial design phase of our process is to create a mood board, capturing the essence of your vision.
We charge per room, starting with an initial consultation via phone or email to discover the function of the room and any items of furniture or colours you would like to incorporate. The mood board will be provided digitally, typically via email.
Fee: £200 per room
Deposit: 50% required upon instruction
Design Development
The design development stage is crucial for selecting the essential elements of your space, including product samples, paint colours, wallpapers, and furniture. This process culminates in a physical mood board that showcases various samples and colours, allowing you to make informed final choices before purchasing the selected items.
During this phase, you will have the opportunity to choose products that fit your budget. A site visit is essential to ensure that we select items that are not only suitable for your aesthetic preferences but also functional for your specific environment. This collaborative approach enables us to craft a personalised design that reflects your style and meets your needs.
Identifying the right materials, finishes, and furnishings is essential to achieving a cohesive look. Your insights and preferences are invaluable as we work together to bring your vision to life, resulting in a space that is uniquely yours.

Design Realisation
This comprehensive service we provide entails sourcing and purchasing all necessary materials and services to complete your space. We have trade and supplier contacts in Cornwall, but can also work further afield. A second site visit will be scheduled to take precise measurements and collect quotes for your approval regarding the preferred course of action.
The final fee will be determined by factors such as the size of the room or the number of rooms, the complexity of the design, the availability and scarcity of materials, and the accessibility of tradespeople. Fees are priced on application (POA). If we are purchasing materials and furniture on your behalf, an upfront payment will be necessary.
Invoices will be generated monthly, reflecting a proportion of the agreed fee, and apportioned to each stage of the project. Alternatively, we can charge an hourly rate that has been mutually agreed upon in advance.
Sourcing Products
Product sourcing is a standalone service we provide for primarily complex or bespoke items that may be difficult to locate. Our expertise allows us to connect you with the right materials and craftspeople to meet your specific needs.
For instance, we recently undertook a project for a bespoke river table. This involved sourcing an exquisite oak slab, identifying a skilled craftsman who specialised in resin applications, and sourced handcrafted table legs from a British company. Each component was tailored to meet the client’s vision, showcasing the synergy of craftsmanship and design.

By using our contacts and resources, we can provide you with curated options, saving you time and energy while ensuring that the final choice perfectly fits your space.
